It shouldn't be 4.7 or 5.9 should be auto or stick since the 5.9 doesn't come with a stick.

How about a bottle fed 4.7 vs. a bottle fed 5.9? I think you can get a lot more bubbles out of 5.9.
But after I shake up my 4.7, you better stand back when I open it. hehe

I'm all about instant gratification. Hence, I believe that the size of the top is the biggest factor. The more I can pour, the quicker I can get my "fix."

I have driven both, 5.9L R/t Auto and a 4.7L 5-speed. If you want a lot of low end power (torque) or an auto trans then go with the 5.9L. If you want the truck to be semi-economical and still have the mid to high end power or want a 5-speed go with the 4.7L. I personally had to go with a 4.7L because I wanted a 5-speed. I admit though I drewled over the R/T.
