I was wondering wich engine is faster. The V6 or the V8 in a 1994 dodge dakota. I am looking for one now and i am not sure which truck would be faster.

Uhhhh, its late so I will save the smart a$$ comments. To answer your question, a stock vs. stock or equaly modded v6 vs. v6, the 8cyl will be faster.

I had a 94 2wd 5spd with the 5.2 stock and man-o-man was that SOB fast. I eventually traded up for a 96 4X4 V6 auto. I am currently in the modification process and getting close to the V8 power range. Alot of money to do this but it gives me something to do until DEER SEASON.
