Just read that Scott Quaranta has about 450+ rwhp, and 540+ fwhp. Anyone know what he can run in the 1/4? It has to be 12's...

Scott's truck is awesome! If I remember correctly - Scott ran some 12.70s but with major traction problems. I don't remember the actual mph but it was plenty fast enough for very low 12s. This will be a legitimate 11 second truck soon enough. Then he'll have to add a roll cage to the impressive list of mods!

Now, if someone would engineer a GLASS sliding rear window that has weather seals around the inevitable portholes required for the 6-point cage to protrude into the bed. That'd be trick, eh?

Scott put down a 12.85 at Calif Speedway with the fuel/spark map not quite dialed in. The 450+ was on the dyno after that run, so it could have gone quicker.
He's got the motor apart and next week a 408 stroker goes in the truck. He's had additional head work done since and if it doesn't lay down an honest 500+ rwhp once it's tuned I'd be very surprised.

hey graphite rt, are you in so.cal? i ran into scott at spring fling last year and his truck is even better in person. i hope he goes again this year. i have to ask him HOW THE HELL IS HE GOING TO SMOG IT?!
