I was messing around under the hood today (actually changed out Autolite 3923s for Champions) and noticed that two of my MSD wires have been in SLIGHT contact with the alarm speaker and a wiring loom. I was amazed that the silicon coverings on my MSD wires were almost worn to the core!! I made some minor adjustments of the wire holders and seperators so that the wires were not in contact with anything.
If you have replaced your wires, you should check them to make sure they do not make contact with anything.

Yeah I had replaced my wires but I also had my headers replaced & I was checking something and noticed 2 wires were coming in contact w/ the headers and burned a hole in the wires. Luckliy I caught it before it got too bad.
