 Subject: How Tough to Swap 318 to 360

Hi I need to pick your brains for some advice!
I have a 1991 dak 4*4 Auto trans with a 318 (pre-magnum) TBI and getting weak. I would like to get some power back under the hood, with out a hole lot of monny.
Shouls i just replace it with a new 318
(Pre-Magnum), rebuild mine punching it out a little,Im not to sure how much i can do with my 318 with out computer troubles.
Or try to drop a 360 in. If i go with the 360 what all will i need to do?

Also any idea how big of tires i can put on my 4*4
I now have 325-75-15 on it
