For you guys that have built your own intake. Has the dealer given you any hassle about possibly voiding some of the warrenty with your DIY. I will be making mine this weekend, if there is no issues.
any tips on porting and polishing TB also apreciatted...

see some of CW's posts on how he did it. I'll be porting and polishing my 4.7 this weekend probably. Look thru the threads, it's there recently.
I don't think a homebrew voids a warranty. I have one, but the dealer has never had to look or work under my hood.

Does not void your warranty. But, best to put stock intake on when go to dealer for warranty work cuz dealers will look for any excuse to not do warranty work.
