Subject: 425 horsepower R/T IP: Logged
Message: i know a guy that has a 2000 r/t 5.9 and he put headers intake side pipes uhhh and nitrous , is that possible for it to be 425 w/nitrous ??? also he has these huge 5 inch side pipes and he said for all the mods ^ as listed at top cost 4000??? give me some feed back ..... dakota 4eva

Message: Only way to find out for sure is to get it dynoed...if hez got $4000 to shell out, $200-300 for a dyno is pocketchange.

Message: Headers, Intake, Exhaust, and 100HP shot of nitrous = approximately 300-310HP at the rear wheels (we've dyno'd an R/T with that setup already). This equates to 350-370HP at the crank.
This was with JBA Headers, M1-2BBL Intake, 52mm Fastman TB, Spintech Exhaust, and a NX 100HP Nitrous System. (180 t'stat, NGK plugs, JBA wires, BW cap/rotor as well.)
