 Subject: How common are '97-98 RC, V8, 5-speeds?

I've been searching for a '97-98 RC, V8, 5-speed, 2wd, and I can't seem to find any!! I know they are out there, but nobody wants to give them up. Does anybody know how common these are? Better yet, does anybody have one for sale?
