 Subject: Speed limiter

After hitting the speed limiter (100 MPH) on my 2001 Quad Cab Dakota, 4.7 liter, I am looking for a change. Is there anyone around that you know of that can eliminate this for me. I assume that it means burning a new eprom, but I could be wrong.
