I have a 92, RC, 3.9L, auto. I want to know what you guys think I should do. Supercharge my V6, that has 112K on it or get a 318 and a 5 speed? How hard would it be to put a 5 speed in? Which way will I have the most reliable performance?

it'll be faster if you supercharge it, less expensive, and easier, downfall, you won't have the V8 sound.

Would it be worth the money to put a 5 speed in? The trany I have now shifts like a luxury car even when I put the peddle on the floor.

Supercharge it and install a Transgo Shift Kit. (A Mopar Performance TQ Converter wouldn't hurt either.)

well i dono about all that 112 k usaly its best to supercharge it with low miles or so i have been told it was also my understanding that you need to build the bottom end b4 you super charge an engine if you want it to
keep running but i havent researched it this is just word of mouth from other techs around the shop

The cost of swapping in a rebuilt 318 and 5-speed outweighs the cost of having the 3.9L rebuilt and installing a S/C.
Definitely do NOT put any major power adders on an engine with that many miles on it (Nitrous and/or Supercharger).
