I was thinking about getting a supercharger for my 98 dakota. I was thinking of going with powerdyne or vortec. I wanted to know what kinda gas milege I should expect, (I'm getting about 15 now)and how reliable will this make my engine? Any imput will be helpfull. Thanx

hey kota, i remember you having in your signature that you had a super, i have like the same truck, what kind of times do you run at the strip, if you have any, have you had it dynoed, and did the 20s make it slower at all? let me know if you get a chance

i have only ran it twice
best was a 14.9@96 with problems.
i beleve i have all issues ironed out, and i am about to put a 9lb pulley and bigger injectors in. i am shooting for this thursday to go to the 1/8 mile track with with slicks and see how i do.
i only raced with the 20's on, so i dont know how much they hurt. FWIW, they cant weigh more than the stock RT rims.

Ya, kota was beating a 13 second HD until 4th that good run. But he had to go and make the truck bog like a mofo. But that is cus he is a hoho anyways. See ya 7ish tomorrow bro.
