 Subject: Part # 4-180 Thermostat 4.7

Is the part # for the thermostat for the 4.7 a robert shaw #755-180 and do I need a gasket for the housing or does it have a O-Ring.
The one I see at auto zone don't have a gasket that comes with it,I know a lot of people have done this can U shed some light on me.

The rubber o-ring is on the housing just reuse it.also make sure the little notch on the o-ring matches the notch on the housing when reinstalling the t-stat.
