I have the HD engine cooling group, trailer towing, etc. Why can't I remove the belt driven fan and let the elec fan work when needed?

01, 4.7L, QC, Trialer towing, HD engine cooling, etc. etc.

I removed my "belt driven fan" I've had no problems-On hot days my temp climbs at an idle, but the electric fan seems to be able to handle it. 210 is the highest I've seen it get.
I live up north so the temp. doesn't get to extreme-If you live down south you might want to consider changing the thermostat.

Did mine since day one. Towed two jetskiis to FL from PA through the mountains and stayed in the keys. Never even got warm. Stock thermostat. In reality the electric does all the work anyway. The clutch fan doesn't kick in till about 230+.
