 Subject: Who is right?

I was looking at some 1.7 roller rockers on KRC Performance and they are saying a gain of 15 rwhp and on Crower's website they are saying the 1.7's get up to 20-25 HP. Any help?

Both are right. 15 rwhp is about 20 at the crank.
