Here is a website that tells you how to do it, and some other things as well!
http://www.fast4x4.net/installs.htm

It's very easy(only takes a couple of hours total). I am in the process of doing it myself but can't try it out until my new fuel pump arrives.
Hope it helps.

If you dont know what it means then dont do it,you will end up doing more harm than good, you gota be carefull not to get it out of round where the throttle plates close and the gains if any will be very minimul, gasket matching I`ve always felt is more important

I did mine. It's a 68mm TB however and the with gains I felt it was worth the time. There is a significant amount of meat in front of the butterfly valve that can be removed. At least on the 68mm, it's several mm's I bored out. The wall is very thick so there is no danger of over doing it unless your out of control.

I feel that pulling the main Cat (I left the pre cat's) and running my 3" exaust to the Y pipe combined with the ported T/B made a bigger dif than the 3" catback/coldair intake modifications before it. I am sure all the mod's are working very well together as a whole.
