IAT adjuster just as good and alot cheaper.
2001 4.7 5sp 3.92 LSD sport plus
Ported throttle body, IAT adjuster, flowmaster cat back, adjusted TPS from .51v to .76v, 4" cold air intake

The jet-stage II and the IAT cancel each other out. Go with the IAT and sell your jet. The IAT only costs $32 right now on special.

The Jet in a way does the same thing as the IAT. They both tell the computer that the intake temp is a lot lower so the computer dumps more gas into the cylinders. The IAT is cheaper and adjustable.
