Message: I have a video of the first run down the track with the turbo installed. It's not that impressive, and it's 3.5 megs. It was a 13.89 @ 100.4 mph. The truck has virtually no exhaust note at all. You don't really get to hear much of the turbo sound either.... it just sounds like a loud hiss sound going down the track. I'll see if I can get somebody to tape the next runs I do... and see if they can catch any of the turbo sound. Probably the best place to catch any of the turbo sound would be during a burnout.

Message: His truck is quiet running down the track. Hardly any sound at all. YOu woudl think it was electric powered since there is virtually no exhaust sound at all.

Message: I run 28x11.5x15 ET streets with about 20 lbs of air in them.
They don't hook 100% like a normal slick..... but I figure it's easier on parts that way. I read too many posts about people wasting driveline parts from hard/high rpm launches. Depending upon track conditions - I launch anywhere between 1500 and 2500 rpm with the ET streets on. If I try and launch any higher - it just turns into a burnout. This way I have to be fairly conservative on the equipment out of the hole.
Even with fairly "soft" launches..... it still gets high 1.8s or low 1.9 60' times.
