I just switched out my Bosch +4s with the Autolite 3923s. It seems to me that my 5.9L ran better with the Boschs. I'll give it a few more days of varied conditions before I can say for sure.

In case anyone's interested, I have a great tip for changing spark plugs. Most of you may already know it.

I use a 3 1/2" long piece of 1/4" fuel line to start the plugs into the head threads. This makes it easy to do and prevents the possibility of cross threading. Just force the head of the plug into the fuel line and lower the plug to the cylinder plug hole. Start and tighten the plug as much as comfortable with the fuel line. The 3 1/2" length allows you to get into tight spaces.
