hey guys.....i've gotta 01' 3.9 V6 and my fiance broke up with me a week ago, so guess where my christmas money is going to now:).....anyway i was wanting to put some kind of performance muffler on it. i don't really want the deep rumbly throaty sound of the flowmasters, i would prefer a quieter "street" sound. i've heard this spintech muffler offers that and i was wondering if anyone had any experience with the spintech or have any other recommendations......thanx for your help, i really appreciate it.....

I just bought a Spintech sport-truck/SUV muffler, 2.5" center inlet/2.5" offset oulet for my 2000 4.7 Durango. Since the factory pipe is mandrel bent, I will reuse it. I don't want to lose my low-end torque. I have not had the time to install it yet, but I will post info and maybe sound clip when I do. I'm very excited to hear my D's new tone!
