THE FLOWMASTER DELTA FORCE MUFFLER IS THE LOUDEST THAT I HAVE HEARD (SINGLE CHAMBER). IT MIGHT NOT BE LEGAL THOUGH.

Save yourself some money on the cat back kits. Just buy a Dynomax Race Bullet (3" in/out) and then put a turn-down on it so that it "dumps" in front of the rear axle. That'll be pretty damn loud. No kit there, just the muffler and the turn down. Go to www.jegs.com

A friend of mine has the Flowmaster one chamber race muffler dumped before the rear axle on his S-10. It's a 2.5" in/out Circle Track muffler. I think I'll put one on my truck pretty soon, in place of my Flowmaster 40. It's the loudest you can get, and in Summit it says that it is "the least restrictive muffler flowmaster makes".

THE BEST WAY THAT I CAN DESCRIBE HOW THE SINGLE CHAMBER FLOWMASTER SOUNDS IS LIKE A STRAIGHT THROUGH EXHAUST BUT WITH THE POPULAR FLOWMASTER SOUND. I BET IT WOULD SOUND GOOD ON A V8; I ONLY HEARD ONE, BUT IT WAS ON A 4 CYLINDER CJ JEEP.

f-ck that !! If you want loud than run a 3 foot piece of 3" pipe stright off the headers with no mufflers. That will give you tone . well over 100 DB's

I cut a hole in my hood and I run zoomie headers like the boys at the tractor pull. On Friday nites, I run alcohol and you can see the flames shooting out of the pipes. It's pretty loud, but I drive it to work every day. It's sort of like a top-fueler, but if you wear ear plugs, it's not too bad on the highway.

Pull the hood , yank the exhaust manifolds , that should be loud but it might not be good for power or engine life.

Im running a flowmaster single chamber race muffler on mine dumped. Wouldnt run it in cali!Havent had any issues here in texas, but i also havent had it inspected in 3 years lol.

I have to keep the CAT but had Midas remove the muffler and weld in straight pipe and an 18"-20" resonator tip. You can hear it comming.

personally i prefer the smooth flowmaster.. not for loudness.. for loudness just get a 30,000$ sounds system and record a reg flowmaster on low volume.. then turn it way up on your new system... duh...
