Message: A "core exchange" is the part(s) in wich you are replacing that you send back. For example, if you replace your TB with a performance version, you send back your stock TB. "Billet" refers to the manafacturing process in wich aluminun is transformed from the raw metal into a more pure material to be cut, drilled, etc into the part in question.

One other thing to add to that...the Billet TB's do not require a "Core Exchange". Normally, the aftermarket TB makers require stock to replace their modified ones...this is why they ask for the original TB...also makes it a little less expensive to purchase.
