i was just wondering, how much was it total to get the twin turbo put on, with all of the custom stuff, is it possible for the R/T and if so, would it be harder to do than the 4.7? thanks

I've only got a single turbo set-up on mine. It would be very possible to do exactly the same thing on the R/T. It would actually be easier since the 5.9 engine package is about 6" narrower than the 4.7 engine is because of the overhead cam/valve covers. The header fabrication might be a little tougher just because of the bolt pattern of the exhaust flanges, but other than that it should all be aobut the same.
As far as what it cost total to do? That's a good question. I used up a bunch of favors and also got all the "buddy" discounts you could possibly get for most of the stuff. I think that a person could do a single turbo system for about $3000 if they shopped everything effectively. A twin-turbo system would obviously be more involved and more expensive. You will also have to figure on a TON of labor to pull it off. I spent some pretty long hours under the hood of the truck to fabricate everything.
It's definately possible.... just have a good plan!
