Message: As people with the 2001 dakota know, there are two pre-cats on their vehicles. I thinks this was done to pass california emmissions, but I live in Massachusetts. I want to remove the two pre-cats and put on the dual cat-box from speedtweaks. I may be wrong, but I believe that the pre-cats can be removed and the vehicle would still pass emmissions. Would this work?
