i was wondering if i could get any kind of underdrive pulleys for my 98 2.5l? could i use some that were made for another type of truck or car?

So far none of the 2.5 guys have answered my question yet. Is the 2.5 Over Head Cam or is it the Over Head Valve (push rods)? If it is Over head cam Like the 95 I saw then I am just about positive that the parts from a 2.5 datona or symilar car engine will be the same.

Ported throttle body, IAT adjuster, flowmaster cat back, adjusted TPS from .51v to .76v, 4" cold air intake

Well that sucks if it was a overhead cam then you could steal all the parts off of the 2.5 in the cars. I think that is the same as the 2.5 in the jeep. If you can find a appliaction that fits the jeep then I am pretty sure it will fit. Mopar performance has some parts for the 2.5 you may want to check out as well.

Same web site...they have it listed under the RAM but I emailed them, they told me it fits the dakota. You can contact them at the this email (they are pretty good about responding) asp@aspracing.com
But this is what you'd have to order. The pulley is $265 not sure about the Belt.
The new belt is K060854
The pulley for 00-02 4.7L Magnum 25% Reduction 850 RPM ASP501150
