Hey kota,Yes it`s a 1/8 mile. went out to watch my nephew this evening.He did 87mph with a 7.9 sec. with his 5.9 dart.Its only the third race out there,not to many people,wait till this catches on, it`s going to be something huge.jj in alhambra calif.

i was there. they were filming "bikerboys" and kid rock was there i think that is why it was so big.

I thought I saw kid rock standing by those star trailers even thought I saw Pam! I did see a guy driving around looking for a place to park in a white cc dakota on 20" wheels and clear lenses, could have been you ?, also saw a dakota with the racing numbers painted on the glass but never saw it run.

yeah he ran like a 10.3 or something. i really dont think he knows what he is doing.
he has MT streets, and dosent even warm them up before racing.
i think the sadest thing i saw there was a civic beating a 2001 lightning

Hey Eric ! I was standing at the north east end of the lot,next to my nephews blue dodge dart,and next to a black escalade with about 24" wheeles.The Lightning did not impress me at all.I did see one ,caught it out of the corner of my eye ,i figured he`d red lighted and was going slow on purpose , i guess it`s all it had.I wish i`d seen that run with the honda. It was so HOT out there on that asphalt and so crowed .I liked it better with less crowds ,and by nov. it will cool down.O well next time I`ll stop you ,now that I know it is you. jj

i have raced at that exact track and went 8.83@79mph that is in the 13.7 range (maby a bit better because of the added topend pull of the supercharger)
that is also with only getting 5lbs of boost. i have the 9lb pulley sitting on my bench waiting to be installed.
when do you want to race?

saving his tires for a race??? he was racing you moron! he was on a falking race track, and he had slicks on!!
and yes a 10.3 is SLOOOOOOOOOWWW!! i ran a 10.2 after hitting the rev limiter in 1st and 2nd gear, and missing the shift to 3rd, and by that time i pretty much gave up on that run. and i still beat him
BTW... he had a regular cab, and i have a club cab. there is a big weight differance.
and WTF are summit tires?

That is classic. And ya, kota on dubs has a show car? Well actually it is a show car, but it sure runs good even with 20s on it. All he needs is the 9lb pully and to fix a few problems and his "show car" will put down 12s, probly even deep deep into the 12's. I have personally been in that truck and it pulls damn hard.
