I just bought a few autometer gauges for my truck and in the package it came with these Red and green flexable rubber caps. I have no clue what they are and where they go. Neither does the instructions that came with it. I thought it was to go over the connections but it doesnt look like thats what its for.
If anyone knows please help or let me no.
It might be some sort of a shock absorber between the gauges and the dash.

They go over the bulbs to change the tint of the lighting.
