Ok, one more question for you guys out there. How do I find out if my truck has any TSB's issued on it? I know they don't do it by individual truck but by year, make and model. Does anyone know a website to find this? I figure since I am gonna have ALL the service done in a few weeks, I could have some other issues looked into.
Just to clarify, TSB's are like recalls except they don't have the urgency to have them repaired, right?
I am still earning this stuff...

Go to www.alldata.com . I havent been there in a while, but it had all the current TSB's for my '97.

No TSB's are not like recalls. TSB's are to help techs with more common issues and may not be covered by warranty. If you don't have a problem don't get it done. Just ask people who have had a computer flash that took away performance. There are also NO such things as secret recalls. Some out of warranty repairs are done for customer satisfaction not a secret recall. Just a myth.
