Subject: Web Page about Cold Air IP: Logged
Message: Who has the web page about the cold air intake not marketed yet. It looks similiar to a Z-tube but the filter is outside the engine well. I'm trying to decide whether to wait for that intake to be marketed or go ahead and invest in a 9 inch proflow z-tube. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Message: CyberWolf and Guice should have more info, haven't seen any recent posts from them on the release date or performance. The G-Forced is the only one that I know of that takes air from outside of the engine compartment. The closest I've seen is the Intense Z-Tube, it's had some pretty good reviews here. I'm considering that one but I want the F&B 70mm TB also, so I need to save up some $$$.

Message: Yeah the 70mm TB would be an awesome addition. I'm kinda holdin out for that rson as well. I dont want to get the 3" tube then have the g-force get marketed a couple of weeks later.I'd be pissed.

Message: There's only two ways for the G-Forced intake (or the Intense Performance) to fit the Flometrics TB:
(1) Use a 4" tube to fit the 4" opening of the Flometrics TB (Factory TB opening is 3.25")
(2) Use a coupler to adapt the 3" tube to a 4" opening (any turbo shop will carry these)

Message: Thats why i'm holding out on 70mm TB. I dont want to get one with out getting the other. There are the 4" z-tubes now from what i understand but the g-forced would be much cooler. And the g-forced is 4 inch. Thats a big damn tube.
