i have a 2004 dodge cummins and within 2k miles i have burnt up 2 map sensors...no one seems to know why its acting like this? i have a chip but its unplugged so the truck is back to stock?? any ideas???

It's should be the sensor right in front of the throttle body.
It is a small black box looking thing. It has a small rubber
elbow connecting the bottom, a sensor harness, and a
vacuum hose connected to it. Can't miss it.
