I just wanted to tell everone that I tried tweaking the TPS for .15v more and I would say the throttle response has gone up, pulls a little harder part throttle as well. Best part it was free.
I installed the IAT adjuster as well, I like it. Part throttle around town is better and when you go full throttle, look out, at 3500 and up pulls much better there. I set it at 1:00 these are my initial thoughts are all good and would recomend these mods total cost $34 gotta like that. These are not huge improvements but improvments none the less.

Hey man, what is a TPS, and where did you see it on Bernds web page (speedtweaks)? Also what is the cost of it, and already have the IAT adjuster, man I did'nt know what to expect when I wired it in, but after a few miles, and getting use to it, I can really tell a difference.

The TPS is the Throttle position sensor every truck has one. I just drilled out the inserts and that made it so I could adjust it just a little. Not really recomended if you don't know what you are doing because you could screw up the TPS and the result is pretty mild so I wouldn't worry about doing it there are lots of other perf parts out there that make alot more HP.

I found it on this site and it is under Throttle Position Sensor just look on page two and it is there. There are 2 metal inserts that the screws go through and i drilled them until they came right out that allows you to turn the TPS sightly. Put the TPS back on, plug it in and hook up a volt meter, not sure which wire probably the middle one, because I have access to a hand held scanner, I adjusted the TPS to show a voltage of .82 volts at closed throttle. Any other questions just let me know.

Hey CW, what was the intial setting. Is is around 0.4-0.5 volts. If so then what does the .15v mean. I am just curious.

"Tweaking" the TPS is an old trick and Marty (KRC) has the basic instructions posted on his website.

All you need to do is drill the inserts out...but beware. If you slip, you can ruin the TPS in a heartbeat. Be careful when doing this and make sure you have a DIGITAL Volt Meter to adjust.

.8-.9v is a generic setting that may not work on all vehicles as mine was .6v factory and i've seen many ranging from .3v - .7v. All depends on the TPS.

But it is a nice little trick. ;)

Yes, thank you Bernd you are the one that gave me the idea. Mine was also at .65 volts so I added .15 volts and set it at .82 close as I could get it. Measure the voltage of the TPS before anything is done, sorry should have mentioned that, and reset the computer afterwards so it will reset the minimum TPS value. v = volts.
