The 4.7L Billet TB's are in the process of being milled right now (actually started yesterday). They should be done by the end of the week and ready for shipping next week. Bruce hasn't had time to update the website though...and I don't know what the price is...yet. (I'll call him to find out.)

Here's the scoop:
The final ProtoType is being assembled and will be checked on the Flowbench. Once this is done, it's being installed on a test 4.7L truck and will be Dyno'd. Once that is done...and Bruce is satisfied with the results, they'll be ready for production. Bruce apologized about this but he is looking at two more weeks.

Any idea or guess as to the price? Will it require a core exchange and what kinda of diffrence are we taking as far as performance

No core exchange since it's a billet TB. As for the price, he's still going through the numbers for that. Performance wise, the original test truck (with the BETA model TB) gaines 12HP at the rear wheels...about a 15HP gain from just a TB.
