Message: I have had my truck since august and ever since then I have been tempted to burn rubber everywhere I go and race everyone I see. What can I do?, Just the other day I scared the sauce out of my friend when I punched it at a stop sign cut the wheel and had both tires smoking and doing a tail whip at the same time. Now I never beat on the truck and never smoke any longer then a couple seconds at a time, but it justs erks me. Does this sound like a problem or too much fun?

Message: Have you thought about traction bars? When its raining out, my dak is a pain to drive so I throw 3 or 4 50lb. bags of sand in the bed above the rear axle. That helps some but the only sure thing is light throttle pressure when you start off.

Message: Yes, rear tire wear seems to be very high on my Dakota as well. Could be from all the black marks in my neibourhood, hehehe.

Message: You guys still using those LS's?? I have Michelin X-Ones on mine, second pair, cost $200 for all four put on, balanced, etc, courtesly of their 80K mile treadwear warranty! Handle as good as the LS's, last twice as long, end up costing 1/3rd as much in the long run!
I don't usually scratch in first; just second when I get excited and jump in after redline. :-)

Message: Rockn blk dak, whatever you got sure is contagous. I think it is accompanied by a big, grinning smile on all our faces as the symptoms take over us!! Followed by the frown from forkin out the bucks later for new tread!!LOL
Love that power tho, we are all just doing our part to control that nasty mosquito population right. Cop might buy that, but seriously doubt it!
Just havin fun.....
