 Subject: Jet Chips or others?

I got a 97 Dak with the 3.9. I have put gibson muffler and its turned town before the rear axel. I have the airaid intake kit on there too. I wanted to get a new computer chip but i am unsure what to get. I was loking at the stage 1 chips so i dont have to run premium fuel. But the stage 2 is more power and torq. Which should i get. Do they both take out the rev limiter and speed limiter?

I don't know if Mopar makes a computer for your application but if they do, you would be much better off with it. Jet and Hypertech ain't hittin' on much for mopars.If you want more performance out of the computer you will have to bite the bullet and use premium. Anything less is about equal to what you have now.

.....but not a good one. I've had Jet stuff before. I'll never buy anything from them again. It's a long story. I would stick with stock if Mopar doesn't make one for you. Hypertech makes good stuff but people aren't reporting much of an increase with Hypertech on our applications.
