Just had a KB installed on my '98 5.2 and am in love with my trk all over again. Can't believe how much more power and torque I have. Just waiting to have some punk Ford or Chevy pull up and want to race. Also had a Trans- Go shift kit installed. This is one bad A** Truck.

Glad to hear it. I have been thinking of going with the KB blower myself, good for the 4x4s.

I have had one on a 98 5.2 w/ 5 spd. and it took the addition of a Hypertech Module and a 160 degree thermostat to eliminate a lean out condition right before boost came on. Have you noticed a similar problem?
I agree that improvement is substantial, but I don't think I am getting the 100+ hp gain that they talk about.
Also seem to be going through belts pretty fast, ie on the third one.
My gas mileage went down about 1 mpg even when I stay out of boost. What has been your experience?

Still having to much fun driving around town. Have not bothered checking mpg. Love what it has done for my truck.

Thanks, I like it too. Wanted to get an Intense Blue Durango for the wife, but she says one blue one is enough. We can't always have it our way.
