Just put a Hughes Stage 1 intake manifold on my '99 5.2. Started up and ran fine. No codes. Bad news is I have a vacuum whistle that I can't find. I have determined that it is caused by vacuum. but have sprayed WD40 on everything and tightened everything several times and can't make the pitch of the whistle change. Give me some ideas. HELP!

The IAS makes alot of noise the low restriction intake might just make it noticeable. Just make sure the intake is sealed at the top of the throttle body.
