I have a 97 RC dak with 5.2, fipk, 180 therm, one in dual out flows, 3.92 Dif, 5spd. My question is what kind of gain would I get out of a is it 68mm TB. What is a pretty good and cheap one. Does it hurt the gas mileage that bad I mean i get about 17 in the city about 20 on highway, and does it foul spark plugs that bad, and Is it that hard to put on.

you cant get a 68mm TB for a 5.2. the 68-72mm are for the 4.7's. The 4.7's have a single blade TB, while the 5.2 and 5.9's have twin 48mm blades.

i have a 50mm TB on my 98 5.2 and have noticed more torque at lower rpm's. i also picked up about 1mpg as well. plugs were fine
