Does anyone know where i can buy some header gaskets? I got some shorty headers to put on but i'm confused on what kind of header gaskets to put on(i.e. copper, steel core, aluminum)or even worse where to buy them...i would appreciate any help...thanks...

Use the same gaskets that were on there
when you took the old ones off.

Your header kit should have come with gaskets. But, if it didn't, FelPro gaskets (PermaTorque) work very well. On the factory engines, most didn't come with any exhaust manifold gaskets anyway (very close tolerances on the exhaust manifolds - no need).

the only exh. gasket that has lasted
is MR GASKET # 5945
no metal
