Message: If you have the money why don't you get the headers and the intake and when all of your mods are complete go for the pcm. That way you can have them flash it for everything you have added.
Just a thought but you could also go for an MSD ignition. They usually run about $130(+ or -)for the MSD 6A box.

Message: Personally, go with the Gen II. This was one of my first mods I did to my truck and by far the one I have seen the most drastic improvement in performance. It will compliment your already installed cat-back nicely. Expect a few chirps on the wheels after getting it in.

Message: Are you happy with the performance? If not I'd go with the headers... depending on the vehicle, you can gain 12-17 more HP, while using less gas.

Message: Put a flux capacitor in your truck. This will drastically improve your ability to get things done and get rich quick. You can fill up on plutonium at your neighborhood nuclear reactor. Just don't do alot of drag racing, you will dissappear from the track at 88 mph.

Message: 318 the flux capasitor is on back order for 6 months. i just have to do other mods first =)
donald, do you have headers on your truck? if so did they make a big differance? what other mods do you have? are they worth the money?
i just want something that is worth the money to buy. i dont want to wast money on stuff that is not worth the money. i was thinking to doing the PCM because i think it will give the most power and according to mike leach, it dosent matter if i have headers or not. the computer is compatible with or without them.

Message: I have a 93 dakota 4x4 5.2 L. I put the Hyper chip mod on my truck and i am very pleased with the performance. I also installed a K/N air filter and catback exhaust and the truck seems to perform very well. I also have a question on if anyone knows about throttle body upgrades and how well they perform?
