Subject: 4.7L Clutch Fan Removal? IP: Logged
Message: What's the easiest most hassle free way of removing the clutch fan? I know this ain't going to increas HP a huge amount, but what kinda numbers we looking at, 2-5HP?

Message: If like mine, there are two holes in the front of the pulley. You can either use a spanner wrench to hold while you remove the clutch with crescent wrench, or I just use a bolt in the hole with a bar to hold it.

Message: yes, mine is welded to the water pump shaft.
