Now where was that pictoral on moving the IAT? I live in Phoenix and the underhood temp are atrocious!!! (high, if I spelt it wrong!)

I live in Phoenix also and I know exactly what you are talking about!
A better solution is the IAT Adjustor that SpeedTweaks sells. You can tell the computer that it's incoming air is only 50 degrees instead of 150. It makes a pretty big difference in drivability around town and it's well worth the money. It's only about a 15 minute install.

Try Speedtweeks, Bernd has an IAT adjuster kit for about 30 bux can be adjusted to any temp from the dash

Is it true that the iat sencore is only used at WOT ? I heard that anything less than WOT and engine uses OT & other sencores bypassing the iat except for WOT.Is this true? thanks , jj

Does anyone have a pic on where the IAT is located on a 2001 4.7? I ordered the adjuster a day or so ago and have read the on line instructions but the switch I'm looking at has 4 wires, not 2. Guess I'm lost.....
