I emailed the owner of the truck I found on a truck site. Here is his reponse. Keep in mind the base truck is a 3.9L V6. You can see the sight if you go to the link I posted as Bad Ass V6.
Yes yes, it is a beast and has the absolute worst gas mileage!!! Actually at the moment she is a 5.4L V6, she has 35-LB fuel injectors, shaved intake, headers, high pro cat., glass packs, 3.96 rear end, B&M torque convertor, K&N filters, cold air intake, 5.9L R/T radiator/condensor/fan, platinum +4 spark plugs, MSD ignition, Performance heads, high pro fuel pump, traction bars, Accel ignition coils, and Twin Garrett Turbos. And no those stats are not true anymore :-) But it this way, I smoked a ford lightening, and ran with a modified chevelle SS. Shes probably about 4 seconds flat on 0-60, maybe faster, and she runs 10.9 @ 137 in the 1/4. I had to buy a new speedo cause the dak only went to 120 and I took her out on the high way and buried her! Since the new tach I had her up to about 145, and still had much more power left but was to chicken sh@* to go faster!

Has to be a custom crank...the V6's can't take more than .040" over without some help in the block.

I asked him the bore and stroke. Here is his reponse:
Her bore x stroke is currently 4.41 x 3.81, I got all my parts from my local speed shop, anything I couldn't get there I got from my dad's friend, he has his own garage and races professionally.
