I have a 2001 dakota 2 wheel drive 3.9 v6 gas milage is terrible. I put in new air filter and plugs but no great results any suggestions?

K-get a life.... If you think trucks are so bad- leave this forum..you are not needed. The guy is saying that his milage is bad for HIS truck and asking what the problem could be! He wants his truck to perform as well as possible. Save your vehicle choice beliefs for the sportscar farts.

Scott - has your milage declined ? What do you consider terrible ? This doesn't really sound like a performance forum question. Have you considered posting on the v6 or general forums ?
