Message: Hey swamp donkey,I have an article right in front of me from the June 1998 issue of Mopar Muscle mag titled "V6 engine buildup,V8 performance from the magnum V6" If you would like I could scan the pages and email them to you or you could buy the back issue, either way this will answer all of your questions, they take a 1992 reg cab dak 3.9 5 speed from a 16.60@80mph to a 15.19@92mph with bolt ons,no blower or nitrous. So let me know if I can help.

Message: I dont think you can read it on line, but I know you can buy the back issue from mopar mucsle magizine, but here is what they basically did:
V8 throttle body, modified and shortened intake manifold runners(5.9 trick),removed stock muffler and replaced it with a piece of straight pipe and added a supertrapp muffler, added a Jet chip, poly front bushings and narrow tires up front with big 305/50/15's in the rear, higher ratio roller rocker arms and valve springs.Thats basically it,they didnt say it but I would get a K&N intake too,I think they were racing without one(not recommended),But you should get the back issue, there is alot of info for you.But a blower would help.Good Luck.
