Im ready to get a s/c for my 2000 r/t cc and was curious about how things went with the project ATI procharger r/t that u guys set up a while ago. I was seriously considering goin' with the powerdyne for cost and ease of install...but i recently got back from a local track down here in south fl, and whew... was i supprised. I witnessed a mix of seven different dakotas goin at it, all but one was s/c 5.9s and most supprising of all was the fact that the two fastest trucks of the group were equiped with ati prochargers...one with heavy mods....(mid 12's 1/4)and the other with only the procharger and a tb added....this is the one that suprised me...he ran consistant hi 13's at 103mph with one run at 13.6 @ 105!.... All of the powerdyne and vortech guys had numerous other mods such as cat back, roller rockers, head work, etc. and couldnt get below very low 14's....... and the two ati boys had cc trucks to boot! The others were rc and cc.I was pretty shocked to say the least, so now im considerin the extra dough for the procharger...any help or insight u could give would be much appreciated....and though im fairly new to this board i must say how much ive enjoyed it and benefited from guys like yours' insight...Thanks! Tim
