I recently bought a 2000 Dakota Club Cab with a 4.7L and a speed limiter. Since this thread is over a year old has anyone solved the problem?

Congratulations ! With a 2000 you could get the Leach flash, more timing for better performance and it raises the speed limiter to the ceiling, 256 mph I think. Also cuts out AC for 10 seconds under full throttle. You'd have to send your PCM to California to get the flash.
