If my PCM is bad and I replace it with one off a wreck how do I reset it to mine ? Also when checked fire from coil last night NO fire. Will turn over but it's been cutting off at times but will start right back up . But yesterday wouldn't start at all , would turn over but not start. I know I'm complicated lol just trying to figure this out. Horses need hay with this cold weather . I was also told it may be the ASD ?. Can Anyone answer my question ?

HELP !!! LOL 1997 Dodge Dakota SLT 4x4 8 cylinder 5.2 litter with Mag motor. I need to know if I but one off a wreck if I have to reset and how to reset it ?
