P0138 HO2S Circuit High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2

This means there is a problem with the output voltage being too high from the downstream oxygen sensor on the driver's side. If the wiring is OK, replace the sensor.

"P doAe" is "P done", as in Done, no more codes.

Did you clear the code by disconnecting the battery between each replacement?

If so, sometimes a bad MAP sensor can induce an O2 sensor code by throwing the mixture off so much that the O2 sensor stays at one end of the scale. Happened to me on my last car.
