13 days til I finish another tour in Iraq....
Trying to buy "more power" for my 06 Dakota 4.7L V8 HO....BEFORE I GET HOME AND HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO MY WIFE WHY I NEED MORE HP!!!!!!$$$$$ It's also my B-Day so can try and slide it past her..
Can anyone let me know what my best options are?
And, do I have to run 91 octane for a chip to work or can I run normal gas and still use the performance setting?

I have a Superchips flashpaq 3865 on my 04. If you run the
tow tune or 91 performance tune you need 91 or better fuel.

The Superchip is pretty good but I recommend running tubular headers from Magnaflow.
It still find it a shame that Dodge waited so long to tune there 4.7 up to 305 HP. I don't know if owners like them or not.

SCT doesn't support NGC 4.7L engines ('04 and after).
