Subject: Removing emissions crap IP: Logged
Message: Removing the EGR, Evap Cannister, Transducer and check valve. All have electrical connection. Anyone done this and what was result? Do I need to bypass or rewire anything? Any performance gains or loss?

Message: you might want to do some reading and educate yourself on the EGR valve
because,
the engine will run better &
give better fuel economy with it
and will also Ping like hell without it

Message: Many of these things are 'monitored' by
the ECM - engine computer , without them
or an equivalent 'dummy' , will go into
fault mode - = poor performance and fuel
mileage , depending on year and trans .
