Message: just installed the helix tower power throttle body spacer on my 4.7... easy install... directions suck .. sounds like a turbo and feels like one off the line haha

Message: What year? I have heard from some year that it is useless. To many turns to the throttle body. But like I said, that is what I heard, never tried it myself.

Message: well im not actually sure if it actually "works" but i deffinatly feel a little more throttle response.. plus it whistles from like quarter to half throttle which is pretty cool for now... i also have a k&n intake and a flowmaster exhaust if that matters...who knows
i post an update at my next fill up check mileage

Message: i think your power gain is in your head, not being mean im being serious. you did and uprgrade and were expecting power, so now your brain is telling you got it when really they dont do anything. they really are a waste of money. I have done the ported throttle body and it was a pretty easy install, and there is a power gain because you actually are creating a larger volume of air for the intake to suck in.
